Richard is qualified geologist, business manager, and trainer/assessor. He has 25+ years of technical, operations, and general management experience within the construction materials industry, both in Australia and internationally, including working in quarrying, concrete, and asphalt businesses. In the early part of his career, Richard spent 8 years serving in the Australian Army
Reserve as a Captain in the Royal Australian Engineers.
Richard is passionate about performance improvement, and his skill set ranges from operational management, project management, business planning, process flow design, and technical services including quarry material testing and assessment.
In 2014, Richard commenced EXTRAXI PTY LTD, a management consultancy offering professional and practical services to the construction materials and broader industry.

HAMISH BEATTIE
MPM, Dip OHS, Cert IV TAE, FIQ
Hamish has over 20 years experience in various senior management and operational roles in across the construction materials, waste, industrial, infrastructure services and resource management sectors. In the early part of his career, Hamish spent 6 years serving as an officer in the Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment, on general and operational service in Asia Pacific Region and Eastern Europe.
Hamish is passionate about the achievement of positive change in organisations though excellence in individual and organisational leadership. His skill set extends from project management, leadership training and coaching, to providing practical operational and commercial advice. Hamish also provides cultural, behavioral and systems based Safety and Health improvement services.
